These are not Swedes, named such due address on back of card package, nor are they equivalents or replacements. The UPC for the Cardboard Swedes (formerly in white box) was 3014260596989. They are still manufactured in Russia but packaged in a lighter blue box with the same UPC 3014260596989 and same blade markings. Doubtful in a blind test the difference would be felt, but these are not what today folks refer to as Swedes.

I previously shaved with multi blades. Gillette being the brand. So glad I found double edge razor and so glad I can still stay committed to Gillette. So glad I don’t burn my pocket anymore

The razors arrived in a timely manner, and were excellent condition (as expected). I consider the Gillette Platinum as my "standard" blade, which I use to test out other safety razors. They offer an aggressive, yet comfortable shave!

IMHO, this is the best DE blade available.
