One of the classic DE razors, the Super Speed- the Black Tip variety. Great overall condition minor plating wear present. Nothing bent or broken- great mechanical condition. Razor has been restored, buffed, aligned, ultra-sonically cleaned, sanitized and arrives to you shave-ready. TTO works well, and doors open smooth as butter. This razor is on the lighter end, due to its aluminum construction it is not a candidate for our Revamp service.

History: The Gillette Super Speed came on the scene in the late 1940's and ran through continuous production into the 1980's. In the 1950's Gillette tried to offer flexibility for shavers by having a Light, Regular and Heavy Super Speed with varying blade exposures and handle weights. This razor model is extremely popular with today's community because of its heft and close shave performance.
