Initially, I received very little in my mystery box. It was good, quality stuff. A nice boar brush included. However, the total value of everything was about $35-$40. I contacted customer service about it since it was below $50. They indicated my box was sent incomplete in error and they sent me supplement items. Great items in the second shipment and I'm using them. Although, one soap product had some kind of essential oil in it that made my skin react to it. I learned not to buy that product. I contacted RE about it and they sent feedback to the manufacturer. I am currently using several things it came with. It's great way to get random products if you want to try something new, but not sure what. High quality products and RE's customer service is fantastic.

It was okay. The box contained a number of items which was cool. And it’s fun opening a mystery box because of course you have no idea what the box contains. The issue is the quality of the products. To put it in perspective, you could say this was a beginners kit. Good enough for those just learning but not impressive for the seasoned wet-shaver. The blades and soaps are fun to try.

Definetly got products worth more than what i paid for. was a fun experience to get a suprise of shaving items. Some things i was happy for and some items was ok.

I got a mystery box and I really liked it at first and I liked the idea of getting random things. I guess I liked it too much and started getting a mystery box every month and I found quickly that it's a lot of the same stuff every time. I even think some of the stuff is used product. I would recommend getting one but keep it at just one
