Excellent blade selection for newbie
Matt rates each blade allowing you to choose your preferred aggression level. For my first shave, I chose the Lord, mildest blade in this pack. I was able to move on from there. Getting several packs of blades rated for aggression at a very affordable price is perfect for experimentation.

Sample Pack Mild blades
Really enjoying the mild pack of blades. They all are providing a great mild shave with zero nicks or cuts. My skin feels great no only after the shave , but the next morning as well.

DOUBLE EDGE SAFETY RAZOR SAMPLE PACK - MILD
Received blades with new razor about 2 weeks ago (very fast delivery). I used one Astra blade 4 times and it will probably be fine for another shave. Feels like the shave is better than with my old 2-blade cartridge Excel. Wish I had kept my old double blade
razor that I quit using in late '70's. -

the blades are excellent. some blades were substituted due to a shortage but that was my choice.
Of the blades I've tried so far all are goof. They give a clean smooth shave and so far I've felt no drag or irritation from any of them.
