This handle is great as it has threaded ends unlike the original push fit. Better knurling on the handle makes for a secure grip and I now have this as a spare. Thanks.

A wee bit heavier than a "real" ball-end handle, but it still has a good balance. Also a bit coarser knurling, but that might just be an improvement. The head was severely pitted and scratched, but some fine sending and buffing compound made it a good match for the handle. I no longer have to steal the handle from my Gillette Long-comb New. Yay!

Bought one in nickle and the other in brass. Love them both! High quality product at incredibly low price, great value here. Handles feel very durable and have nice balance. I use them with a pair of Timeless caps/bases. Highly recommend these handles!

The replica handle solves the problem of two hairline cracks in the handle of my Gillette ball-end, old type, 3-piece razor, although the original 90-to-100-year-old handle is still functional. The checkered knurling on the replica is deeper and the checkers larger than on the original ball-end handle, so the replica handle is somewhat “grippier.” Otherwise, the replica matches the ball-end handle closely and looks good with the old head and plate. The factory nickel finish closely matches Razor Emporium’s factory nickel finish on revamped razors. The replica can also be used on other 3-piece razors, such as the Gillette Tech; but it is slightly longer and heavier than the Tech’s “fat handle” and changes the balance slightly.
