great job

Wow! I read the previous reviews, ordered a Rhodium plated Super 84 but forgot to enter my date preference. I emailed RE requesting my date 02 ( to match my medical field background and I wanted a razor that was around during the first lunar landing). So this morning took delivery this morning and Wow! It's better than Super, it looks better than new!! Even better, it has my date preference! Fantastic quality work and service. All I can say is if you've gone as far as reading the reviews then hesitate no further, hit the order button and be prepared to be wowed!

First shave with a Razor that is almost exactly a year older than I am. Let my beard grow about two days to see how this beautiful 1969 Gillette super slim 109 razor would do. Just to remind everyone I purchased this revamped masterpiece from Razor Emporium in Arizona online. Went through my usual wet shave routine and the moment the razor met my face it was like shooting stars and rainbows! Seriously it was an extremely perfect and beautiful shave. Not sure how many of you use a safety razor but there is nothing better. Since this is an adjustable razor you can set it at different levels for efficiency and comfort. I found anywhere from 3-4 worked really well for my maiden voyage with the razor. I still can’t get over how well it operates and works! 51 year old razor for my almost 50 year old face. Razor Emporium is working on my new addition will let you know how it looks and operates when it arrives. Great place for all your shaving needs from preshave’s, creams, soaps and razors. Worth checking them out. Shaving used to be a chore now it is an experience!

Just came home to a wonderful surprise. My made to order Gillette super slim 109 adjustable had arrived. The original razor it self is impressive....Add the quality work that Razor Emporium does and now it is a true work of art! Looking at this razor admiring the restoration work and then finally realizing this is actually older then I am. If I was a razor I sure would not look this good doesn’t matter how much work I would have done. Can’t wait to use it and review how it does. Finding the Razor Emporium website was truly a great find! Quality products, quality workmanship and a great staff. Thanks again DJ!
