Amazing razor. I finally see why everybody is in love with this razor!!

This razor is extremely nice, it is just what you described, it is perfect. It is the best shave I have ever had. Love it !!

I wanted to wait a few weeks before leaving a review, I wanted to have solid experience with this razor first. What can I say…………. Every part of my experience with Razor Emporium was excellent. I was a bit apprehensive about spending so much money on a razor, especially as I am in the UK and would have to pay international postage, UK VAT, Customs Duty and handling fees. These fees added an additional $84 (£66), taking the total price for me to get this razor to $323 (£254). A lot of money. My experience with customer service was excellent, with good communication. Ordering was easy and the shipping was fast. The tracking allowed me to track the package all the way, so I knew where it was at all times. Now the Razor. I had watched the YouTube videos of the Razor Emporium process, so this gave me confidence in the quality of the final product. But, like many things in life, the Razor was far nicer in real life than the photos. The quality of the plating, the smoothness of the mechanism, excellent. So what of the shave? Absolutely amazing. I love the adjustability of the Fatboy, finding the sweet spot depending on how long my growth is and what mood I am in. A smooth as silk shave with my favourite blade, a Feather. This Fatboy Prospector is a joy to hold in the hand. It is a work of art. It gives a mighty fine shave. So was the price worth it, absolutely. I will treasure this razor forever. Could Razor Emporium have done anything more, or, better? No, I don’t think so.

This is a beautifully restored vintage. It looks fantastic in my den, and is a pretty decent shaver. The adjustability seems to be a little underclocked, meaning the settings from 9-1 don't seem to change the baseplate much. Which isn't necessarily a flaw, since I don't mind a slightly mild shaver. Otherwise, this is in excellent condition.
