I had a double edge rockwell safety razor for about a year it was pretty unwieldy and a pain to replace the razor. This one eliminates those problems completely and with style. It doesn't hold as much hair as the rockwell and I need to rinse it a bit more but it was extremely smooth and everything worked flawlessly. Very happy with my purchase as I believe I'll never use another razor.

Absolutely stunning razor, visually. I must have four versions of this razor (all sourced from Matt) with one in full gold and the other in rhodium. But this gold rhodium combination just beats them all- no contest! Of course, it’s been throughly revamped and polished so everything works perfectly but really, photos don’t do this razor any justice..!

Stylish, and elegant version of a Gillette Slim, that has performed wonderfully over the last two weeks. Thus far in my experience it seems to work the best on a lower setting with aggressive blades.
