Our store is a retail location. We welcome walk-ins to view, smell and put your hands on our shave products! Everything available on our website is available at our brick and mortar location.
GENERAL + DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
At Razor Emporium, we guarantee to process and ship orders in a timely manner. We are open 6 days a week - Monday through Saturday 9am-4:30pm, closed on Sundays. Your account will be updated when the item ships, tracking will be emailed to you and will be reflected on your store account. Tracking information is updated via USPS and can take up to 3 hours to update. If you choose to pay via personal check or money order, we generally wait 1 week or for funds to clear before shipping your items.
Razor Emporium is not liable for any missing, lost, damaged, or un-deliverable packages. All orders will be shipped to the shipping address entered by the buyer at checkout. The buyer will be responsible for all additional shipping expenses if the address provided is un-deliverable. If a package returns as un-deliverable the buyer can request a refund and you will be refunded the purchase price minus the already used shipping costs. If the buyer would like to attempt the shipment again a verified address must be submitted and any additional shipping costs paid before we are able to re-ship your order.
APO/FPO addresses are considered Domestic Shipping addresses still and we are happy to ship to you! We find tracking updates are not reliable or regular due to the great distances these packages travel, we do not guarantee delivery times. USPS Insurance is available for an additional fee, and all Claims can be processed by contacting USPS.com.

All shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart upon purchase. We offer FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS mail quotes and will ship the method chosen by our customers upon purchase. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Razor Emporium aims to be "Known the World Over," so we gladly accept international customers! Welcome to our site and please contact us with questions you may have. ANY NON UNITED STATES ORDER over $100 USD may require a phone call (855-264-1199) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for verification before we will ship it to prevent fraud. Upon placing an order over $100.00 you may receive an email requesting a photo copy of your ID and a photo copy of your credit card with the name and last 4 numbers visible. We also require your billing and shipping address to be the same. If they do not match we will ship to the billing address. If this is a problem we will cancel the order and issue you a full refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
USPS First Class International Note: Once the packages leave our store and arrive to your country: Your country's postal service is in charge of managing the package delivery and tracking (if they offer this service, some do not). If you would like more assurance outside of this, please utilize the FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority/Express International Mail option during checkout. We highly suggest using one of these options for orders over $100.
United States Postal Service International mail can take up to 20 business days. However, if a package is held in customs it could take an additional 45 business days. We are not responsible for any packages held by customs or any items confiscated by customs. Razor Emporium is also not responsible for any duty, taxes, or additional fees charged by the recipients mailing service or government. Any claims for lost packages can not be made until 45 days after the shipping start date. In the event that a package is lost, stolen, or damaged you agree to fully cooperate and fill out all insurance claim paperwork. Orders will not be reshipped without full cooperation. As soon as we receive the paperwork back we will reship your order. This can be done electronically and will only take a few minutes out of your day. We are not responsible for any packages lost, damaged, or stolen when using a forwarding service of any kind. There is No Guarantee on delivery times. Customs forms are auto-generated by our shipping software and monetary values are directly recorded based on what you purchased from us. They cannot be edited to reflect a lower value.

** If Route has been opted out of at checkout we are not responsible for replacing a missing package. We highly reccommend spending the extra few dollars for that insurance.
All items may be returned within 30 days, if the items are unused and in the original packaging. If you are returning used items we will charge a 10% restocking fee for the return which you will see deducted from your refund. We require that you pay to ship the items back to us, unless you have received items damaged or the wrong items have been delivered. In that case, USA customer can request a return label through email@example.com. International customers must send back the item on their own and we will refund the shipping cost (for damaged or wrong items). Please contact us via the above email if you plan to return or exchange a product. Once your returned item is received you will be issued a prompt refund of the item total. We will not reimburse the shipping cost from your original order.

Product Descriptions and Prices: We attempt to describe products featured on this site as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is error-free. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. (If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it as described in our Return Policy)
