With respects to the Porcelain shaving mug it impressed me beyond my expectation. This shaving mug is a high performer with shaving creams or soaps, my initials test was with L'OCCITAN Cade soap which I have had some problems getting it just right for shaving in other mugs. On the first try with this new mugs it built up a large rich silky smooth lather quickly with my silver tip badger brush. The size of this shaving mug is perfect and well conceived in construction whereas at the bottom of it there are grooves to help build up the lather. If you are a wet shaver I highly recommend that you try this one you will not be disappointed.

The size, shape, and weight of this bowl is perfect. The handle makes for an easy mixing experience and the ridges on the bottom of the inside help you lather up your favorite cream. Great product!
