Not a bad blade at all. Just not my cup of tea for my face. It is plenty sharp just not as smooth as other blades I have used and enjoy the sharp/smooth balance better such as Astra Superior Platinum, Persona Platinum and my current go to blade the Gillette Silver Blue. This Rapira did give a close shave just it felt rougher to get it than I like.

For me, this blade has been a great balance of sharp and smooth. I have a coarse beard but sensitive skin. Feather blades worked pretty well but it was tough for me to not get little nicks. These Rapira blades give me a decent shave with less nicks and less potential for irritation.
