Instructions: To achieve the best shave, the barbers at Geo F. Trumper recommend only shaving after a bath or shower and preparing the skin with protective Trumper's Skin Food. Using a pure badger-hair shaving brush, apply a small amount of shaving cream to the wet brush and work up a lather in the palm of the hand or against the sink. Lather the beard with a circular motion and shave in the same direction as hair growth. Rinse with cold water only and re-apply Trumper's skin food to nourish the skin. Apply fragrance to the back and sides of the neck for a well-groomed finish.

History:  Geo. F. Trumper is a gentleman's barbers and perfumers in London. It was established in the late 19th century by Mr George Trumper, operating from a shop at 9 Curzon Street in Mayfair. The interior retains the original mahogany cubicles and glass display cases installed in the 20th century. Geo. F. Trumper now operates two retail locations, one in the original shop in Curzon Street and a second one called the St. James's Shop, in Duke of York Street, London. Their head office is in Fairbridge Road, north London. Trumper's sells shaving equipment, many aftershaves and colognes as well as a small range of cufflinks and ties, umbrellas, canes and leather goods.
