Yuk smell

I like Proraso products but I am sorry, this smells like the Rev. Al Sharpton. NO thanks.

Better than the Green

I enjoyed using the green Proraso pre-shave soap and was a bit skeptical about the red. It smelled sweeter which didn't thrill me because I liked the classic aroma of the green. However, that skepticism was misplaced. During its application, the aroma is not unpleasant and in fact just the opposite. It is smoother and provides more protection during the actual shave. Once shaved, the aroma leaves so one can complete the shave without any mixture of aromas. It is better in every way compared to the green and will be using it forward exclusively.
