Great soap but really has a bad smell

Great strong, lasting smell. Lathers incredibly easy

I wasn't sure what to expect since this was my first WSP product to try and I typically look for the ingredient "Tallow" in soaps because it typically makes the soap very slippery and allows the blade to glide across your face. I was extremely impressed that even though this does not have that ingredient (which I believe comes from animal fat), this soap is very slippery and has a nice rich lather after just a minute of cycling your brush through it, then I mix it up even more in my shaving bowl. My wife loves this scent, says it is now her favorite. I started out using TOBS Sandlewood shaving cream when I first got into DE shaving and didn't care much for the soaps. I thought they took too long to lather up and weren't near as protective, but I have kept trying and found a few brands of soap that perform just great and this is one of them!
