    One of a kind service

I sent in a vintage Made-Rite brush with a clear lucite/acrylic handle that I was using regularly. The knot bristles were no longer strong enough to make a lather. In less than 3 weeks, I got it back. Most of that time was the shipment round trip. The new best badger knot Razor Emporium installed is of great quality. I was concerned that any mistakes would be clearly visible, because the handle is clear, but Razor Emporium accepted the challenge and did some flawless work. They cleaned and buffed the handle. It looks new again. The word Made-Rite on the bottom of the handle is faded from being buffed out. That is expected and not a surprise. I'm just happy to keep an old brush handle employed. Recycling an old brush for $65 total for parts and labor and shipping may not be worth it for everyone, but I do.

    Great experience

I love the work and excellent communication and am happy to use my vintage brush. However, there was a slight problem: the brush fell out of the handle. However, I was able to reglue it, and other than that, it works well. As I said, I am happy to use my vintage brush.

    Low Quality Work

Cost me $20 to ship there. $45 for the “work”. $22 for the brush. $14 return shipping. Very expensive for the low quality work done on the lettering. Half of the letters are either completely missing or partially missing the gold fill. Very, very disappointed.
