Defective

So this is the second razor I’ve bought from razor emporium. The razor arrived and the handle would not thread on the head straight. It’s almost like the female threads inside the handle are done. No biggie but I reached out to razor emporium about it with no reply. This is the last razor I’ll buy with this company.
