As I said above, I have never been disappointed with any of their products

This is the first preshave product I’ve ever bought and a made the world of a difference.

I believe Matt calls this his "secret weapon." I could take it or leave it as a pre-shave. As a post-shave, I wouldn't use it as there are many fine post-shave lotions and creams available. I did notice, however, that this pre/post gave me a slicker shave, possibly reducing razor rash irritation. My face has been BBS after every shave with this product. I hate the feeling of oil on my face because I have always had oily skin. Additionally, my face has the unusual quality of "weeping" oil after every shave (I've been told this is a reaction to any damage a razor has done to my face). Thus my affinity for alcohol-based aftershave lotions. Using this pre/post cream, I noticed that my face felt less oily. The fragrance of this product is very nice, almost barbershop-like and is identical to the Proraso shave cream in a tube. I recommend the Proraso pre/post cream, it's a small but very pleasant little ritual I now use all the time. Another tool in the toolbox.

Unfortunately the Proraso sensitive skin shaving cream did very little to protect my face. Razor burn and nicks galore using Astra green blades. This pre-shave helped significantly.
