Solid construction and serves the function of a pasted strop quite well. I pasted one side with TI's white paste and the other with CrOx to turn this into a refresh/"touch up" strop for when my razor starts dulling. I simply do a few laps on the TI white pasted side followed by a dozen or so laps on the CrOx pasted side. And it's size is great, because it comes in the same size as their 3"inch full-sized strops meaning I can use the same stropping strokes I use on their other strops.

Bought this item to use with green strop paste. It seems to be working fine.
It is great to have the opportunity to buy independentt canvas strops. On top of that this RE strops are made with very good quality components.
