Hi I ordered all of the strop replacement parts and when I got the parts in the mail a month latter the canvas was missing from my order. I've been trying to contact Razor Emporium for the last month by email and by phone to get my missing part. My order number is #52299. The leathor they used was low quality leathor and the dye they used to cut the leather is warped, so all my pieces are different sizes and such. This was my first time using Razor Emporium and wasn't the happiest. I'm not one to write a negative review about a product but I've been having a hard time trying to contact them and I feel like this is the only way I'm able to get their attention! I hope they can reach out to me and changed my mind about their company so I can get my missing part back!
